Annual General Meeting

It’s time to start thinking about our Annual General Meeting, which will be held on Monday 11 May at 7.30pm in the Green Room.

This is a great opportunity to come along, support our hardworking Management Committee, and share in the excitement of the projects we have planned for the future.

Attending the AGM does not mean you will automatically be expected to take on a role. Your presence alone is a valuable way, as a member of the society, to show your support.

For those who may be interested, being part of the Management Committee or one of our sub-committees can be challenging at times, but it is always rewarding. We welcome new ideas, fresh perspectives, and enthusiastic energy.

If a short-term commitment suits you, you might like to help with our 90th anniversary celebrations or the Fundraising Committee. Alternatively, if you have more time to give, our Marketing Team would love support in spreading the word about this wonderful theatre, which has been part of the Tauranga community for 90 years.

We hope to see you there and encourage you to be part of shaping the future of our society.
