AGM 2026

It’s time to start thinking about our Annual General Meeting, which will be held on Monday 11 May at 7.30pm in the Green Room.

This is a great opportunity to come along, support our hardworking Management Committee, and share in the excitement of the projects we have planned for the future.

Attending the AGM does not mean you will automatically be expected to take on a role. Your presence alone is a valuable way, as a member of the society, to show your support.

Please remember that only financial members have speaking rights and the right to vote at this meeting.  Check the details in the constitution below. 

For those who may be interested, being part of the Management Committee or one of our sub-committees can be challenging at times, but it is always rewarding. We welcome new ideas, fresh perspectives, and enthusiastic energy.

•   Anyone wishing to nominate an officer must be a financial member of 16th Ave Theatre, complete the '16th Ave Theatre nomination form.'  
•   The nominee must also be a financial member of the society and complete the 'consent and certificate form' as rquired by the Incorporated Societies Act.
